Liberate California from Gov. Newsom’s use of emergency power?

“The liberties protected by the Constitution are not fair-weather freedoms — in place when times are good but able to be cast aside in times of trouble.”  So wrote Judge Stickman as he overturned Pennsylvania Gov. Tom Wolf’s use of emergency power.

What judge — hopefully soon –    will  overturn CA Gov. Newsom’s use of emergency power?

California Gov. Newsom — similiar to  Gov. Wolf — continues to control which citizens in CA  can work and who cannot work, who can earn a paycheck and who remains unemployed, which businesses live and which die.

In the words of the State of Califonia:

“All individuals living in the State of California are currently ordered to stay home or at their place of residence, except for permitted work, local shopping or other permitted errands, or as otherwise authorized ….”

What can CA citizens do? Remove Gov. Newsom from office.  Download a petition, sign it the same as you do when voting, get a few friends to also sign it and mail it in.  Simple.  Do your part to bring back freedom to CA.

Kamala Harris: she blocked a catholic hospital rescue to help a union — SEIU

What’s Kamala Harris all about?    As Attorney General of CA, Harris took  care of  a union — the  SEIU — at the expense of patients, doctors, nurses and the public who were served by six Catholic hospitals.

Kamala Harris used her authority to block a hospital rescue to help a union that supports her — the SEIU — and punish a business she did not like.

The year was 2014.  Six Catholic hospitals were going broke.   Due to inflexible labor contracts and miserly payments from Medicaid.  Prime Healthcare, the only bidder, agreed to buy and had the support of   nurses, doctors and public  which supported the deal.

The AG in California, Kamala Harris, had to approve the deal. AG  Harris opposed the deal in order to support her political supporter, the SEIU  And Kamala Harris attached heaps of poison pills to the deal.  Prime Healthcare  walked away and sued Harris. Harris was protected under ‘qualified immunity’.

Expect more of same if Harris gets a chance to use her power to punish opponents and protect her  supporters such as the union SEIU.   For more of the story click HERE.

Donations to Black Lives Matter.com fund violence & de-fund police? Yep!

Follow the money!  When you donate to Black Lives Matter — where exactly does that money go?   And how’s  that money used?

Donations to Black Lives Matter.com  go to a different organization  — Act Blue Charities –  which  can then fund those donations  back to the organization to be  used for whatever  Black Lives Matter.com chooses.

 Everything stays hush hush and the public is kept in the dark.  In 2018 Act Blue Charities on Form 990 with the IRS reported 24 MILLION in pass through revenue with no information as to who received the money.

Are Black Lives Matter.com donations  used to fund urban violence and to de-fund the police?

Black Lives Matter.com’s goal is to de-fund the police and that’s happening in various cities across the U.S. Top law enforcement officials have stepped down in Portland, Atlanta, Los Angeles and Louisville as civic officials have cut police budgets.

What’s happening to police departments ability to keep people safe? Look at Seattle 8/12/2020:

Seattle Police Chief Resigns Amid Budget Cuts, Turmoil (WSJ August 12, 2020)  Seattle’s police chief Ms Best, resigns after council cut $4 million which will result in the loss of  100 officers from  the force of 1,400.

Are  donations  to Black Lives Matter.com  used to fund  violence in  America’s urban cities?

All money donated to Black Lives Matter.com  actually goes to   Act Blue Charities which is a 501 (c) (3)  which  acts as an  umbrella organization  for an unknown number of accounts.

Act Blue Charities says  that its mission is to democratize charitable giving by facilitation grassroots online fundraising to ELIGIBLE 501 (c) (3) organizations. 

But here’s the rub — Black Lives Matters.com is NOT  a 501 (c) (3).  Black Lives Matter.com does not have a identifying  IRS number.

So, Act Blue Charities accepts money and disperses it who knows how  from an entity — Black Lives Matter.com  which is not a legitimate 501 (c) (3). You can send emails to:   info@actlblue.com

In 2018, Act Blue Charities spent the huge sum of $138. only on Fundraising and Program Services cost $297,157, nearly $300 THOUSAND dollars.

 This is just not “on the up and up” as they say.   This is one organization [Act Blue Charities]   hiding money to allow other entities [e.g., Black Lives Matter.com] to use  the money for whatever purposes they choose.

So what does Black Lives Matter.com hope to achieve?  What do you think the words “eradicate white supremacy”mean?   Urban chaos such as looting of  downtown Chicago recently? Yep.

Black Lives Matters.com  — the official website for Black Lives Matters — does absolutely nothing to help black children, save black lives, educate black children.  Black Lives Matters serves the political purposes of its founders.  Those purposes are Marxist goals, i.e., the taking over of existing government aka de-fund the police and create chaos in the streets.

There’s another organization that also collects donations under the Black Lives Matter name.  It’s called Black Lives Matters Global Network and it has chapters around the country.   Black Lives Matters Global Network collected 3.3 MILLION in donations during 2 weeks in June, 2020.  The Attorney General for New York put out an alert for New York residents to beware the organization.

Plenty.   Help stop the  de-fund the police tactics of Black Lives Matters.com     Talk to people.  Pass along this information and gather more.  Only give money to charitable organizations  that has identifying IRS  information. Look for the EIN # on their website and  literature requests for donation.  Use Charity 101 to check out how authentic the organization is. Black Lives Matters.com provides NO information to the IRS. 

 How ever you can, speak out against Black Lives Maters.com as a Marxist organization that hurts people of all colors. 

 

Recent example of a ‘good church person’ duped by Black Lives Matters.com     

A deacon at the local episcopal church in Aptos, CA was complementary  about the recent demonstration Black Lives Matters held in Watsonville, CA which   the  episcopal priest had attended.  ‘I wish I too had gone’ the deacon commented. ‘Are we doing enough?’ the deacon  pondered. ‘We sent a letter to the local paper…’ 

 The episcopal church  located across from the White House recently put up a pro-Black Lives Matter sign.

How to educate during pandemic? CA parents use microschools & pandemic pods

Parents hit back  against CA Gavin Newsom’s  government school shutdowns and teacher unions muscle tactics against private schools and charter schools   by choosing new ways to educate their children.

Recently Gavin Newsom threatens parents with penalties for hiring tutors. The law, passed in January 2020, AB-5,  imposes stiff penalties for not hiring tutors as employees.

 

Remember the little red school house, a dozen or so kids and one teacher? Back it comes!.

The micro-school is a 21st century version of the one room school house in which a small number of students of varying ages learn together.   Parents pool their resources to hire an instructor.

Another new way to educate is for several parents to  take turns teaching their  children.  The “Pandemic Pods” Main  Facebook group already has roughly  38,000 members and has spawned dozens of official local chapters plus more independent groups.   There’s a Special Ed Pod that started July 2020 and has 545 members.

Congresswoman AOC know nothing strikes again! [St. Damien of Molekai’s statute]

A Catholic bishop calls out Representative Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez for advocating  the removal St. Damian,  a  statue of St. Damian of Molekai  located in the Capital building.

Bishop Robert Barron stated, “Just taking a couple of minutes out of my day here because I felt the need to respond to something I came across that was just so outrageous. It was a tweet or an Instagram or something from Representative Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez.

Bishop Barron continues:  Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez  was complaining about the presence of a statue in Statuary Hall in the Capitol building that she thought was, you know, a sign of colonialism and white supremacy. And the statue that she picked out of all the possible ones was of Saint Damien of Molokai.”

The Catholic bishop thought it was crazy and outraged, he questioned, “And I wonder, did she have any idea who Damien of Molokai was, this Belgian man who becomes a priest, member of a missionary order.

Damien of Molekai  goes, mid 19th century, to Hawaii, works there for several years, and then volunteers to go to the island of Molokai, which the time was a place where lepers were sent. And at the time, they-. You know, there was no treatment. There was no cure. Those who had the disease were simply sent there to spend the rest of their lives and they would die there. Damien went, knowing full well that he would most likely never return from this ministry.”

Facebook tactics: Kamala Harris’ former press secretary decides which Trump tweets violate “community standards” policy

That ‘tweet, tweet’  by  Trump   [“kids are  almost immune” to Covid-19]    violates  “community standards” says   Kamala Harris’s former press secretary who suspended Trump’s account.

Aptos Psychologist:  This is more than ‘bias’.  This is  Democrat campaign tactics.    Why suspend  Trump’s account  based on  ‘information’  that has been widely reported in San Jose’s  Mercury News and elsewhere?   It’s largely been  accepted   that kids  are  less likely to get or transmit  Covid-19.  In some instances kids get a severe form of it.

Facebook’s ‘arbiter’ of  “community standards”  is an enforcer for limited free speech. Their version of free speech.

As for real ‘mis-information’, the public finds the media to blame for the political divide.  84% of the public  blame the media for bias.   That includes  bias by Kamala Harris’ former press secretary  aka arbiter of “community standards” for Twitter.

Firenze Sage: know it alls get thrashed [woman threw hot coffee on men not wearing masks]

An unhinged lunatic woman  approached two men, sitting outside in Manhattan Beach, California. The woman then lectured the men for not wearing masks.

She didn’t like their responses so she threw hot coffee on them.  Obviously, she’s not  a very tolerant and loving person.  She didn’t expect the men to get up and beat her boyfriend bloody.

But it might have been avoided in Holland at least:

Holland’s top scientists have examined data and research about COVID-19 and declared there is no clear evidence that wearing face masks protects — anyone.

In fact, the scientists say wearing masks may actually hamper the fight against virus.   So — no maks in public and enjoy the sun!

  “Face masks in public places are not necessary, based on all the current evidence,” said Coen Berends, spokesman for the National Institute for Public Health and the Environment. “There is no benefit and there may even be negative impact.

Hooray for arson! [liquor store burnings in 1992 accomplished Karen Bass’s goals]

Rep. Karen Bass, a CA  Afro-American and top contender to be Joe Biden’s running mate, said in 1992 that the burning of hundreds of liquor stores during the L.A. riots was a “miracle” because it rid poor neighborhoods of hot spots for crime and drug activity. 

 Karen Bass was a community activist in the L.A. area  at the time focused on shutting down liquor stores, many of which were owned by Korean immigrants. 

The Democrat gave several interviews after the riots on the liquor store issue. She told The New York Times at the time that while arson was not the ideal path to force liquor stores closed, the burnings accomplished what her activist group had tried for years to achieve. 

Over 200 liquor store  businesses owned by Korean-Americans burned; one liquor store owned by blacks burned.  Only a dozen liquor stores  were re-built.

Why do you hate Trump? Be specific!

So why do you hate Trump?  Be specific!

Trump  does not ‘act Presidential’ some say.    That’s what  William  DeLaArteaga  writes  in his recently published essay    On Discerning Trump’s Character and Presidency. It’s available on Amazon with  Kindle for $3.50.  DeLaArteaga says Trump is full of ‘bull-shit’,  that Trump is a  narcissist and  not a  ‘gentleman President’.

A writer for the Wall Street Journal, David Gelernter  says that  people  hate Trump for his vulgarity, that he won’t walk away from a fight, that he’s blunt and that  Trump  has no ideology.   Gelernter also  says some hate Trump because he does not think men and women are interchangeable and because of  Trump’s  love of simple ideas that may work  e.g., the recent view that perhaps   a malaria drug used for 50 years can  used as a preventative or cure for COVID-19.

So — why do you hate Trump?  Don’t just say ‘he lies!   Or, he’s a racist!  Be specific!
