Trump’s impeachment trial: a harbinger of what’s to come for any citizen?

Is the impeachment trial of Trump   starting 2/9/2021  a harbinger of what  the future holds for any American?

Will more Americans be punished without due process, without  a real trial, without  real witnesses which  are cross examined? That’s what is happening to Trump and may be happening more and more.

Increasingly Americans, particularly those identified as conservatives,  are suspended or removed from social media platforms such as  Facebook and Twitter for seemingly innocuous statements.  Likewise  innocent was former President Trump’s statement that he was not attending  the installation of Biden as President.  That Tweet caused Trump’s permanent ban from Facebook.

New York Democrats are poised to pass a bill which will allow they to release Trump’s tax returns   What they do to Trump they can do to any citizen.     Democrats seek to punish Trump without a trial.

Will the assumption be that the defendant is GUILTY as charged rather than presumed INNOCENT?

Below is a brief summary of  reasons why the  impeachment case against former President Trump  should be dismissed. This is from the defense case for Trump.

IV. CONCLUSION:      Taken together, they
demonstrate conclusively that indulging House Democrats hunger for this political theater is a
danger to our Republic democracy and the rights that we hold  dear. Reasons for dismissal include:

1. The Senate of the United States lacks jurisdiction over the 45th President because he holds
no public office from which he can be removed, and the Constitution limits the authority of the
Senate in cases of impeachment to removal from office as the prerequisite active remedy allowed
the Senate under our Constitution.

2. The Senate of the United States lacks jurisdiction over the 45th President because he holds
no public office from which he can be removed rendering the Article of Impeachment moot and a
non-justiciablequestion.

3. Should the Senate act on the Article of Impeachment initiated in the House of
Representatives,it will have passed a Billof Attainder  (aka punishment with no trial)  in violation of Article 1,Sec. 9. Cl. 3 of the
UnitedStatesConstitution.

4. The allegations in the Article of Impeachment are self-evidently wrong, as demonstrated
by the evidence including the transcript of the President’s actual speech, and the allegations fail to
meet the constitutional standard for any crime, let alone an impeachable offense.

5. The House of Representatives  deprived the 45th President of due process of law in rushing
to issuethe Article of Impeachmentand by ignoring its own proceduresand precedentsgoingback
to the mid-19th century. The lack of due process included, but was not limited to, its failure to

fair discussion by allowing the 45th President’s positions to be heard in the House Chamber. No
exigent circumstancesunder the law were present excusing the House of Representatives’rush to
judgment, as evidenced by the fact that they then held the Article for another 12 days.

Executive Order? Provide all 2020 physical ballots for certain counties for immediate inspection by Pulitizer’s team?

Executive Order needed?   Will President  Trump order an immediate  physical  inspection of ALL 2020 physical ballots for certain counties?

There’s still time. Start with FULTON County, Georgia.

Fulton County GEORGIA is where election officials said there was a massive water leak and STOPPED all  counting and sent everyone home — except for several persons who kept on counting and re-ran batches of ballots without poll watchers.

FULTON is where Ruby and cohorts pulled thousands of ballots out from under a table and ran the ballots, some batches repeatedly.   FULTON  is where Johan  Pulitizer recently got permission to physically examine the ballots — only for Georgia to ‘pull the plug’.  Examination was to occur to day, Jan. 4.  See the Epoch Times for details.  subsctibe for $1 for 4 months.

The physical ballot tells the story whether of MASSIVE mail-in   FRAUD or no FRAUD.  Let forensic experts examine the PHYSICAL EVIDENCE for fraud — no folding of the ballot, perfectly filled out ovals, bar codes that ‘throw out’ that ballot for ‘adjudication’.

EVIDENCE of FRAUD in Fulton County, Georgia:   106,000 of 115,000 ballots were ‘thrown out’ and required ‘adjudication’ in Fulsom county Georgia.  That’s an over 90% ERROR rate.   Unacceptable!  Un-American!   Stop the Steal!   See recent presentation by Did YOUR 2020 ballot count? Find out & what YOU can do how examination of ballots will show whether massive fraud occurred.

Election “irregularities” — investigate fully BEFORE certify 2020 election?

Election Irregularities  — Over 300  legislative  members of  “battleground” states listened  via   Zoom to President Trump’s team.  Go to The  Epoch Times for additional  information.

“A six-person team that included Rudy Giuliani and Peter Navarro on Saturday briefed hundreds of state lawmakers on evidence of election irregularities.

The Zoom meeting included hundreds of legislators across Arizona, Georgia, Michigan, Nevada, Pennsylvania, and Wisconsin, Navarro, the White House director of trade and manufacturing policy, said during an appearance on Fox News.

“These legislators, they’re hot, they’re angry, they want action,” Navarro said. “We gave them the receipts. We explained exactly how the Democrat Party, as a matter of strategy, stole this election from Donald J. Trump.”

John Eastman and John Lott were also part of the briefing. Eastman represented Texas in the now-dismissed interstate challenge to the outcome of the election. Lott, a senior adviser for research and statistics for the Department of Justice, authored a recently released report on election theft.

Legislators were briefed on evidence of alleged voter, ballot, and election fraud, which can be viewed on a webpage hosted by Got Freedom?”

Election “irregularities”  — we must investigate BEFORE certify.  How about an Election Commission as suggested by Ted Cruz ?

“shifty” is anti semitic says the Jew hating Squad [Ocasio-Cortez, Omar, Pressley & Tlaib]

To say someone, i.e. Rep. Adam Schiff,   is “shifty” is anti semetic?   So says Rep. Ocasio-Cortez and other members of her “squad”.

Rep. Ocasio-Cortez responded to President Trump who  posted a  video showing  Lyin’ Shifty Schiff aka Adam Schiff  as pinocchio. With each “lie” Adam Schiff’s “nose” gets longer and longer.

Democrat Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez  accused President Donald Trump of antisemitism for mocking Rep. Adam Schiff.

Ocasio-Cortez made the claim while linking to an Intercept article in which the author accused the president of antisemitism for calling the freshman lawmaker and her “squad” (who are not Jewish), Rep. Jerry Nadler, and Schiff “Do Nothing Democrat Savages.”

The article also claims that the nickname “shifty Schiff,” given to him by President Trump following his massive lies involving the Ukranian phone call “whistleblower,” is an antisemitic attack.

“Understand that Trump is engaged in deliberate, atrocious, targeted antisemitism towards Chairman Schiff. Then ask yourself why no one cares to denounce it – esp when his accusation of it towards others drove full news cycles earlier this year,” Ocasio-Cortez tweeted.

“It’s wrong. It’s harmful. And his bigotry is reflective of the white supremacist base he relies on for political gain,” Ocasio-Cortez  continued.

The article claims that “the stereotype of Jews as ‘shifty,’ the suggestion that they are sneaky and manipulative, has a long and ignominious history. Trump — who ‘often plays on well-worn caricatures about cleverness, deviousness, and physical weakness’ when discussing Jews, to quote Peter Beinart — knows what he is doing when he gives Schiff this particular nickname; it is no accident or coincidence.”

The accusation is part of a clear trend in which Ocasio-Cortez and other members of the Democrat Party attack President Trump relentlessly and then cry victim when he responds. It’s reminiscent of Twitter trolls who tweet terrible things at you for days and then cry bullying when you’ve finally had enough and respond.

President Trump’s daughter, who he works closely with in the White House, is Jewish, as are his grandchildren. He has been called the most “pro-Israel president ever” by many.

Another lie exposed? Americans don’t turn down jobs. After ICE Raid in Mississippi …

So is ICE ‘nice’ for USA  American workers?   Americans in need of work apply  for  jobs which opened up  at the Mississippi chicken plants recently raided by ICE.

A local WIN  job fair attracted nearly 150 locals looking for work after ICE raided and removed hundreds of illegal aliens working at the Koch Foods’ (unrelated to Koch brothers) plants in Mississippi.

How could this be? The Commie-media complex told us that illegal aliens do the work Americans refuse to do.

The Clarion Ledger reported:

About 25 to 30 people showed up to apply for jobs at Koch Foods’ nearby poultry processing plant. Of those, about an equal number were black, white or Latino.

“This is what you’d normally see here,” said Dianne Bell, communications director for the Mississippi Department of Employment Security, of the job fair held between 9 and 11 a.m.

Dozens more showed up in response to online ads looking to hire plant workers.

The Associated Press reported that many of the people who applied to work at the Koch Foods’ plants were chicken plant veterans — mostly black and white males looking for work.  Jobs pay $12 to start.

When do we own up to the fact that employers like lowest paid workers best,  as do democrats?

Firenze Sage: Boo louder! [Trump’s speech at Davos]

boo sound was ‘boosted” by German media

German public broadcaster ARD has been blasted after admitting it “boosted” the sound of booing at the speech given by U.S. President Donald Trump late last week.

President Trump gave his speech at Davos on Thursday, again delivering sharp criticism to the mainstream media. He stated: “it wasn’t until I became a politician that I realized how nasty, how mean, how vicious, and how fake the press can be.

ARD released a clip of the speech on the Twitter account for its popular news programme “Tagesschau” in which distinct boos could be heard directly after the President’s comments. A short time later the programme admitted it had booted the volume of the audio in order to showcase the booing. The show has since been accused of “manipulation”, Stern reports.

Those behind the programme wrote on Twitter, “We did actually make the sound a little louder at the end so that you can hear the booing. Only in this way can we reflect what our correspondents have reported.”

Editor-in-chief of the German tabloid newspaper Bild Julian Reichelt called out those involved saying it was, “hard to imagine that you would have done the same for applause.”

Kai Gniffke, the editor in chief of ARD defended the move saying that it proved the reporting of his journalists.

Michelle Obama & new lunches: don’t eat crap

roll back of Michelle Obama’s food choices

Kids get more choice in school lunches.

Former First Lady Michelle Obama, speaking at the Partnership for a Healthier America summit in Washington, D.C., didn’t hide her feelings about a recent decision by Secretary of Agriculture Sonny Perdue to give local school districts more flexibility in complying with nutrition requirements for school meal programs.

Michelle Obama: “We gotta make sure we don’t let anybody take us back, because the question is, where are we going back to? This is where you really have to look at motives. You really have to stop and think. Why don’t you want our kids to have good food at school? What is wrong with you?

“Think about why someone is okay with your kids eating crap? Why would you celebrate that? If somebody is doing that, they don’t care about your kid.”

Jared Kushner likened to Icarus by Kissinger

IcarusKissinger, per Time Magazine, likens Trump’s son-in-law to Icarus who flew too close to the sun.

Kissinger writes:

“Transitioning the presidency between parties is one of the most complex undertakings in American politics. The change triggers an upheaval in the intangible mechanisms by which Washington runs: an incoming President is likely to be less familiar with formal structures, and the greater that gap, the heavier the responsibility of those advisers who are asked to fill it.

“This space has been traversed for nearly four months by Jared Kushner, whom I first met about 18 months ago, when he introduced himself after a foreign policy lecture I had given. We have sporadically exchanged views since.

As part of the Trump family, Jared is familiar with the intangibles of the President. As a graduate of Harvard and NYU, he has a broad education; as a businessman, a knowledge of administration. All this should help him make a success of his daunting role flying close to the sun.”

Updated by Zack Beauchampzack@vox.com

Zack Beauchamp writes:

“In private life, contra Kissinger, Kushner doesn’t have a lot of successes. His tenure as head of the New York Observer was disastrous, his family real estate company’s flagship skyscraper has low occupancy rates and a serious debt problem, and it’s been credibly reported that his dad bought his place at Harvard with a $2.5 million donation.”

Explaining Trump: racism why Trump got votes says one researcher

racism black and white  Racism.

Trump got votes  because of racism  one researcher says.   Oh?  Let’s look at his research.

According to a controversial new analysis by theWashington Post, Trump voters were motivated by “racism” more than a number of other factors — such as “authoritarianism —  in their presidential ballot choice last November.

Guess how researchers measure “authoritarianism”:  how you say you raise your kids, whether  parents teach children  to follow the rules or  parents teach children to be sympathetic towards  people.  But, perhaps parents  teach both?  Why assume an either this or that?

The incendiary piece, titled “Racism motivated Trump voters more than authoritarianism” was written by Thomas Wood, an assistant professor of Political Science at Ohio State University, and proposes to examine the results of the latest American National Election Study (ANES) regarding voter attitudes.

Mr. Wood bases his skewed conclusions on a series of assumptions that reveal deep misunderstandings regarding the nature of racism, as well as Wood’s own profound racial biases.

To begin with, Wood only analyzed the opinions of white voters—his own racially biased choice.

How black voters feel about whites, or what motivated many blacks to vote for Trump is disregarded as irrelevant to his study. Yet, in looking at racism, why would an objective examiner only look at the attitudes of whites?

Second, in the four questions looked at by Wood, racism is never actually addressed. Instead, Wood employs a “symbolic racism scale” that interprets people’s views on programs like Affirmative Action as concealing a hidden racism that is never overtly expressed. Wood said that these attitudes are “coded as more racially biased.”

Firenze Sage:   You must read the whole study to see what causes his conclusions to be racial. Essentially he takes attitudes, analyzes them and then calls you names.
